New Bookings & Eligibility Criteria

At this time, the Prince George Clinic is not accepting requests for new spay/neuter appointments. The next anticipated booking window is expected to open in mid-late October to schedule surgeries for January. There is no wait-list at this time and appointments that are missed or cancelled will not be re-booked. The clinic will continue to accept appointment requests for vaccinations for new and existing clients but wait times are extended. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

When the next booking window opens, the policies and requirements outlined below will be in effect.

In addition, please note the following important information:

  • All requests for spay/neuter appointments must be made through the “Book an Appointment” feature on the main page of our website
  • We will not be accepting booking requests by phone or in-person.
  • Appointments will be booked on a first come first served basis until we reach capacity, at which time new bookings will close again.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we are booked to capacity, you will need to wait until new requests are being accepted again to re-book.
  • There is no cancellation or wait list for surgical appointments.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note that the clinic has a zero tolerance policy for abusive language and behavior towards our staff, including via email. Rude and/or abusive correspondence in any form will be grounds for immediate termination.
