New Bookings & Eligibility Criteria
Surgery bookings will be closing at 3pm Friday September 1st. Any requests submitted prior to this time will be accepted. Thank you for your patience during our technical difficulties – we were able to retrieve requests but due to the delay it may take us 3-4 business days to contact everyone. At this time, we do not have an expected date for future surgical bookings – please monitor this website for updates which will be posted as soon as information is available. Limited vaccine appointments are available by request but wait times are extended.
In addition, please note the following important information:
- All requests for spay/neuter appointments must be made through the “Book an Appointment” feature on the main page of our website
- We will not be accepting booking requests by phone or in-person.

- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we are booked to capacity, you will need to wait until new requests are being accepted again to re-book.
