New Bookings & Eligibility Criteria

Effective immediately, the Prince George Clinic will no longer be accepting any new dog patients for vaccines, pre-surgical exams, or spay/neuter surgeries. In addition, the clinic is not accepting any spay/neuter requests for cats at this time – the next window for booking cat surgeries only is expected from June 19th to 23rd for appointments in September. Vaccine appointments are available for existing dog and cat patients, as well as new cats and kittens, but wait times may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.

In addition, please note the following important information:

  • All requests for spay/neuter appointments must be made through the “Book an Appointment” feature on the main page of our website
  • We will not be accepting booking requests by phone or in-person.
  • Appointments will be booked on a first come first served basis until we reach capacity, at which time new bookings will close again.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we are booked to capacity, you will need to wait until new requests are being accepted again to re-book.
  • There is no cancellation or wait list for surgical appointments.
  • Please note our Cancellation Policy
