Cancellation/No Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call and leave a message 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

As we are unable to refill appointments if they are not cancelled in a timely manner, clients that do not cancel with at least 24 hours may be asked to place a deposit on their account of $20 per animal. This deposit will be due before the next appointment is made. If the appointment is kept, this $20 goes towards that bill. If the appointment is not kept or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice then the deposit is forfeit.

This policy applies to regular surgical appointments and vaccine appointments.
